PRICES
All prices for deliveries within the EU are exclusive of 21% VAT. When shipping to countries outside the EU VAT is automatically deducted from the price.

You can order cellmarket.com products in the following ways:

How do I order in the shop?
Buy from cellmarket.com is quick and easy. When you find the item you want to buy, you must click "buy". The article is automatically placed in the shopping cart. You can very easily get more articles in the same way put in your shopping basket. If the basket is complete, click "Order". This way you can see the overview of your order. Then, fill in your personal information (name, address, email address etc.) in. If you want to send the package to someone else, enter the address of the recipient under the heading "delivery address". Then click "Continue". Now choose the payment method. Fill in the requested information and click on "Continue". Now you can see the overview of your purchase and the total amount, including shipping. When the order is complete, and you have read and accepted our terms, you can click "confirm order". Your order is then recorded. There is immediate confirmation sent via e-mail. You can also print the order via "print order" button. We recommend that you save the order confirmation until you receive the order. The final bill is sent with the product. Can I add items after I placed my order? Unfortunately that is not possible, but you can place a new order and then "send along with the previous order" types in the "Remarks" box.
You do the shipping for your second order or do not pay. It is possible that you will receive two separate deliveries as our warehouse your first order has already been packed, but we bring you only once shipping costs.
PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:

If you pay by credit card, we charge only the amount charged as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse.

If you pay with PayPal, we bring the amount charged until your order is dispatched by our warehouse.
3) iDEAL is a payment standard for secure and direct payments on the Internet. IDEAL payments are directly linked to your bank.

DELIVERY METHODS
·> All products are in stock shipped via GLS. Orders placed will be shipped the same day before 19:00.
·> You can check the inventory status on our website.
DELIVERY
The delivery time is stated in each article (normally one to up to four days). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please note: We are obliged to pay the money back to you until you receive your order within 30 days from the date of the order have not received. We are not responsible if you fill in your address wrong (which is visible on your order confirmation).
Order Confirmation
You will receive immediately after your order confirmation via email. EXCHANGES
You can have your order entirely or partially exchanged within 14 days. If you want to exchange, the items must be in the same condition and quantity as when received. The acknowledgment should always be sent along with the article.
If you have a defective notes, you must return the product to us please send an e-mail to customercare@cellmarket.com.
RETURN
If you want to return a product, it must be in the same quantity and condition as when received. You can extract the product, use, and then return as long as it remains in the same condition and quantity.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the cost of returning goes to your own account and risk.
